Before launching Peppermint Parties in 2004, Lucy worked in fashion show production touring Europe with brands such as Paul & Joe, Arcadia, and Adidas. Born into the music industry, Lucy has an innate ability to combine visual artistry, and entertainment as well as an incredible eye for detail.
Lucy can’t make it through the day without an over-sized Cappuccino and would like to be reincarnated as her very spoiled but much loved dog, Mumford.
Before launching Diva Events in 2006, Antonia was designing events for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Microsoft, Virgin, Sony,KMPG, Samsung, Barclays and MTV. Also working with private individuals ranging from celebrities to CEOs, in the UK and internationally, Antonia expanded her
skill-set as well as her enviable contact base.
Antonia has a long-standing addiction to Cadbury’s Dairy Milk, is a self-confessed stationery geek and has a mild foot phobia.
In 2008 Lucy and Antonia joined forces and Peppermint Diva was born.
Katie – Event Manager
After working in the events department at a luxury London hotel, Katie decided to up sticks and move to Oz. Managing a range of events, working with both private individuals and corporate clients Katie was approached to join one of Sydney’s leading event design agencies. She returned to the UK in 2015 and joined the Divas in early 2016, bringing her wide-ranging experience, can-do attitude and a unique Yorkshire-Sydney- Essex hybrid accent with her!
Hannah – Event Coordinator
Having trained as a make-up artist, Hannah fell into the world of hospitality at the tender age of 17 and was hooked! Gaining experience across the board Hannah has worked in venues throughout London behind the scenes, front of house and even behind the bar.
Hannah’s infectious enthusiasm for life paired with a passion to develop long-term customer relationships as well as an inherent creativity make her a valued member of the team and a true Diva. Proof that small can be very mighty indeed!
Suzanne – Office Manager
A Londoner born and bred, Suzanne began her professional career working in the regional office of a high street bank before moving to a communications company where she worked for six years.
After taking a break to raise her two children, Suzanne joined one of the UK’s first internet companies as a business analyst. Seven years later she arrived at Peppermint Diva, where she has been managing the day-to- day running of the office since 2012.
Suzanne hates rice pudding, loves playing tennis and is a keen Arsenal supporter, (but then nobody’s perfect!)
Hayley - Marketing & Social Media
After graduating with a degree in Fashion Design Hayley took her love of style into marketing roles executing strategy, creating content, growing engagement and managing partnerships for a number of leading online brands.
Six years later, this social media butterfly has flown into the land of the Divas and ensures we stay socially savvy by sharing all the goings-on at Peppermint Diva HQ. Hayley is the queen of abbreviations and loves getting “a totes amaze five min call from her long-dist boyf”!
